Cric Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Rules and Policies

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the cric platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between cric and its users, and apply to all sections, services, and content on the platform. cric reserves the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform.
2. Account Creation & Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering on cric. Each person may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
- Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
- Report any unauthorized access to your account to us immediately.
- A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
Cric reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of suspicious activity, false information, or violations of platform rules.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the cric platform, you agree to comply with the following:
- Participation in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity is strictly prohibited.
- Hacking or misusing any system, software, or data on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly forbidden.
- You may not use another user's account details or identity.
- You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure your activities comply with applicable laws in Bangladesh. cric is not liable for any violations of local laws on your part.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on cric are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Deposits: Deposited funds are credited to your account immediately. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the platform.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Identity verification is required for larger withdrawal amounts.
- Failed Transactions: In the event of a failed transaction, funds are typically returned within 24–48 hours.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for paying any taxes applicable to their winnings or prizes.
Cric will notify you in advance of any applicable fees or charges on transactions. We monitor transactions in compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The cric platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. cric is not directly liable for any loss resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or third-party issues. Financial losses from betting are entirely at the user's own risk — cric accepts no responsibility for them.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the cric platform are the property of cric. No content may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from cric.
Third-Party Links
The cric platform may reference third-party services. cric is not responsible for their content or policies, and their own terms and conditions apply independently.
6. Changes to Terms, Account Policies & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Cric may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Where evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found.
- If it is found that registration was completed using false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period.
Applicable Law
